In this practical workshop led by Deborah Lambert, co-author of the National Curriculum Outdoors series of books, participants will learn how to use 'Raccoon Circles' to introduce and develop mathematical concepts using teamwork and team play elements. You will also explore the use of sticks and natural objects to support maths learning in a fun and memorable way. The focus will be on geometry and number with activities demonstrating progression across the Key Stages from Bloomsbury's National Curriculum Outdoors maths units.
