Arena 2023-2024 - Packages and Programmes

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your commitment and support during this academic year.  

It is so wonderful to see your pupils’ confidence and resilience building again through more and more schools accessing sporting fixtures and the provision of outstanding PE being delivered within your school setting.

Our year started with the annual PE and SS conference which was a great success for those who ventured to Falmouth.  We are pleased to announce that our 2023-24 PE and SS conference will be more locally based to the Arena partnership.  

It is inspiring to see so many of you accessing our personal development courses and conferences.  We also delivered several all staff inset training days which have been a huge success too.

Some of our schemes of work have been updated and we will be introducing the Healthy Participation scheme for the next academic year.  This includes 6 progressions to ensure you can deliver the new Healthy Participation pillar.  This is an important element of the curriculum and will teach children the link between physical activity and health & wellbeing.  

As we turn our attention to the next academic year we are delighted to be able to invite you to continue with your membership of the unique Arena School Sport Partnership so that together we can make a difference to our future generations through the power of sport and physical education.  Membership fees for the next academic year will remain at the same price as last year.

Your membership will automatically be renewed and an invoice for this will be sent out at the end of October 2023, unless you inform us prior to this time that you no longer require our service.  Terms and conditions of your membership are attached.  

As an Arena member you have access to our SOW (this includes our new Healthy Participation SOW) and a Deep Dive of PE session.  You will also receive training and support in the digital PESSPA reporting system that is being introduced.

With the welcome news of the continuation of the PE and SS funding for the next two years, we are excited to offer a price freeze on our packages for this duration.  You still have time to utilise your PE underspend with our Spring Early Bird Offer: invoicing can be issued this academic year for delivery next year.  To access the Early Bird Offer you must sign up before Friday 16^th June 2023.

Never has the value of physical activity been so important both from a physical health perspective but also for emotional wellbeing.  We are also working hard to develop local competition opportunities in areas where there is little or no provision.  We have a proven track record of excellence, and a dedicated team with much experience, passion and commitment to work with you to enhance your own school's provision.
